Inventory Analyst, UK

Location: Leeds / Hybrid - 3 days in the office (LS15 8ZB)

About the Role

The Inventory Planning team ensures the right products are available in the right locations and channels to support SharkNinja’s fast-growing European business.

As an Inventory Analyst, you will support inventory flow across our distribution network and help maintain availability across B2B, B2C, and TTS. Working closely with the Inventory Manager, you will route inbound inventory, monitor warehouse capacity, rebalance stock, and identify supply risks.

This role is ideal for someone early in their supply chain career who has strong analytical skills and wants to develop within inventory, supply, and demand planning.

Responsibilities

  • Support the routing of inbound containers to the appropriate distribution centres, considering demand, stock availability, and warehouse capacity.
  • Manage inventory positioning across B2B, B2C, and TTS channels to support customer availability and sales plans.
  • Monitor stock levels, weeks of supply, and inbound deliveries to identify shortages, excess inventory, and rebalancing opportunities.
  • Coordinate stock transfers between distribution centres, markets, and channels.
  • Manage day-to-day B2C and TTS inventory, highlighting availability risks and ensuring stock is positioned in the correct fulfillment location.
  • Work with Logistics and Inbound teams to identify warehouse capacity constraints, inbound delays, and operational risks.
  • Support inventory allocation decisions during periods of constrained supply.
  • Partner with Sales, Supply Planning, Order Management, and Logistics teams to provide clear end-to-end inventory visibility.
  • Act as a first point of contact for queries relating to stock availability, inventory location, and product flow.
  • Produce regular reporting and KPI updates, highlighting risks, delays, and process bottlenecks.
  • Use data to recommend actions and support improvements to inventory processes, reporting, and automation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
