COMPANY 🌱

RYZE was founded in 2019 by Andrée Werner and Rashad Hossain, out of a parents' basement, with a mission to change daily health, starting with the morning routine: a nutrient-dense mushroom coffee delivering clean energy, mental clarity, and immune support. Built on a Direct-to-Consumer foundation with a performance marketing engine, RYZE achieved hockey-stick growth and a community of over 1 million active subscribers.

DTC remains the foundation, but RYZE has expanded into mass retail, quickly becoming the #2 items in Target's overall coffee category and is now executing a multi-channel expansion, with a cross-category launch coming in early 2027. RYZE is uniquely positioned to redefine how people think about daily wellness.

We’re a lean, fast-moving, mission-driven team who believe daily rituals create the foundation for living your greatest life, and we’re just getting started!

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW:

We are adding an Inventory Analyst to our remote operations team to keep pace with growing transaction volume across our co-manufacturing partners and warehouse locations. This role works alongside our existing inventory team members, sharing the same core scope while taking ownership of additional locations and partners. The work is a mix of hands-on transaction execution in NetSuite and the analysis that sits on top of it: reconciling what our system says against what our co-manufacturers report, finding the root cause when the two disagree, and keeping inventory data clean enough for accounting to close the month on it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🎯

Responsibilities will include

  • Partner Reporting & Reconciliation:
    • Reconcile inventory balances in NetSuite against third-party reporting from our co-manufacturers, ensuring data consistency across all locations.
    • Review co-manufacturer production and consumption reports for completeness and accuracy before posting.
    • Work directly with co-manufacturer contacts to research and resolve discrepancies, short receipts, and unreported movements.
    • Track inbound shipments through receipt, escalating delays, quantity variances, and damages.
    • Investigate and document root causes of partner-level variances, and follow through on corrective actions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
