We are looking for an Inventory Clerk
We are looking for a detail-focused Inventory Clerk to join our team. You'll carry out property inventory, check-in and check-out inspections, producing accurate reports that provide an objective record of each property's condition.
This role requires you to travel across a portfolio of residential properties within the Brighton and Hove area. You'll capture photographic evidence, identify maintenance issues, assess property cleanliness and maintain accurate records while delivering a professional service to tenants, landlords and colleagues.

What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct property inventory, check-in and check-out inspections.
- Produce clear, accurate reports supported by photographic evidence.
- Identify and report maintenance issues.
- Communicate professionally with tenants and property owners during inspections.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure work complies with relevant legislation and company procedures.
- Contribute to delivering a high-quality, efficient inventory service.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in property inventories, lettings, property management or a similar environment would be beneficial.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Confidence using digital devices and reporting software.
