Inventory Co-Ordinator

The Inventory Co-Ordinator is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of global inventory operations across multiple warehouse locations. The role combines inventory control, ERP system management, data analysis, audit activities, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will act as the central contact for inventory-related issues, support global warehouse teams, ensure cycle count compliance, investigate discrepancies, and produce regular reporting and audit findings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve inventory support tickets within SLA.
  • Process stock reclassifications accurately.
  • Conduct regular inventory health checks and data accuracy reviews.
  • Act as the key contact for cycle count compliance and issue resolution.
  • Conduct quarterly inventory audits across global warehouses.
  • Lead audit review and closeout meetings with warehouse teams.
  • Attend daily operational meetings with global warehouse teams.
  • Analyse inventory and ticketing data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Produce and distribute weekly inventory reports.
  • Support the development and enhancement of inventory dashboards with the BI team.
  • Maintain and update inventory SOPs.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience using an ERP system.
  • Proven experience in inventory management.
  • Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
