Job Description Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Co-ordinator, within our On Wing Support team, based near Heathrow. You will be working as part of a team supporting a busy component stores with stock control functions and Materials and Logistics responsibilities.
Essential Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Run daily reports in SAP for purchasing, picking, etc.
- Receipt of Goods including Inspection.
- Review of documentation received with each shipment.
- Receipt of goods and allocation.
- Collation of stock where necessary.
- Prioritise workload in conjunction with M&L team.
- Remain compliant in all tasks.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Shipping of goods.
- Expedite PO’s, escalate when needed i.e. AOG situation.
- Other stores tasks that may be reasonably requested from time to time within a small, fast-paced Aerospace environment.
Desired Characteristics
- Proven experience of stock control systems.
- Strong understanding of Inventory management.
- Knowledge of SAP or inventory management systems.
- Understanding of import/export customs processes.
- Fork Lift Truck experience would be beneficial.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Computer literate – Outlook, Word and Excel experience.
- Demonstrate strong level of verbal and written English.
- Strong organisational skills including multi-tasking.
- Analytical with an accurate way of working including time management.
- Excellent customer service.
- Awareness of attention to detail.
- Able to work independently while also being a good team player.
- Flexible nature.
- Problem Solving.
- Sense of urgency & resilience.
