Dynamic Inventory Executive - easyJet holidays

This role sits in the Dynamic Inventory team, which makes sure hotel availability reaches customers at the right price, at the right time. The Dynamic Inventory team manages the flow of room, occupancy and board type information through partner connections and internal systems, so customers can book the holidays they want with accurate availability.

In this role, you’ll help set up and manage dynamic inventory rules and connections with our hotel partners. You’ll use data, reporting and strong partner relationships to keep inventory accurate, spot issues early and support commercial trading.

You will be responsible for:

  • Agreeing the right set-up for dynamic inventory contracts and rules with connected partners.
  • Creating and maintaining accurate accommodation inventory and contract information.
  • Managing business rules across relevant systems, with a focus on data quality and accuracy.
  • Keeping inventory stock up to date, including room types, offers and contract changes.
  • Using data to identify pricing, availability and mapping issues, then investigating and recommending solutions.
  • Spotting risks linked to connection stability or incorrect mapping, and helping resolve them quickly.
  • Looking for opportunities to source extra inventory, room types and board basis from hotel partners.
  • Maintaining reporting that gives clear insight across your area of responsibility.
  • Supporting internal teams and hotel partners with queries about connectivity, hotel cost, inventory and bookings.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
