Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based at the Kew Electrical branch in Dover, combining Inventory Controller, Administrative, and Sales responsibilities. The role involves monitoring and managing stock levels, processing orders, checking deliveries, and ensuring accurate inventory records. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries at the trade counter and by phone, preparing quotations, supporting the sales team, and maintaining a tidy, well-organized warehouse and office environment. The position also includes general administrative duties such as data entry, documentation, and updating systems, while collaborating with colleagues to meet branch targets and deliver high-quality customer service.
