Your tasks

  • Investigate inventory discrepancies; physical and system checking (SAP, GR trackers, stock monitoring reporting), make necessary corrections in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining inventory accuracy metrics and associated reports for LO team and organise and lead annual stock take counts.
  • Ensuring logistics requirements are met from suppliers (packaging, labelling).
  • Tracking and reporting non-conformities from suppliers: creation of Quality Notifications in SAP.
  • Support the training in inventory audit checks to others.
  • Holiday cover for admin.
  • Support with LO audits and counts when required.
  • Complies with all company policies, procedures and guidelines.

Your Profile

  • HNC or equivalent.
  • Good critical thinking skills to problem solve concerns and handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Flexible team player.
  • High level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
