Role Description
The Inventory Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Hatton Garden. This position is responsible for monitoring stock levels, updating inventory records, and ensuring accurate data entry in inventory systems. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating physical inventory counts, reconciling discrepancies, supporting shipping and receiving activities, and organizing stock in storage areas. The role also involves collaborating with sales and operations teams to maintain optimal inventory levels, prepare reports, and support smooth store operations.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Inventory Accuracy and Inventory Control to maintain precise stock records and minimize discrepancies.
- Experience with Physical Inventory processes and Inventory Management to support regular counts and ongoing stock oversight.
- Knowledge of Shipping & Receiving procedures to manage incoming and outgoing goods efficiently and safely.
- Proficiency with inventory software or ERP systems and basic proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with store, warehouse, and management teams.
- Previous experience in retail or jewellery inventory coordination is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in supply chain, logistics, or business is an advantage.
