Inventory Coordinator
Do you enjoy getting to the bottom of inventory discrepancies and making sure every number adds up? Confident working with SAP, Excel and large volumes of inventory data? Want exposure to manufacturing plants and warehouse operations across Europe with one of the world's biggest energy drink brands?
Monster Energy is looking for an Inventory Coordinator to join its EMEA Operations team, supporting the management and control of inventory across its European manufacturing and warehousing network.
Working across markets including Poland, Italy, Ireland and the Czech Republic, you'll act as an important link between Monster and its manufacturing, warehouse and internal stakeholders, ensuring inventory movements are accurately recorded, reconciled and investigated.
This is a role for someone who enjoys working with data, solving discrepancies and understanding why the numbers don't match, not simply reporting that they don't.
The Role
Reporting to the EMEA Inventory Manager, you'll join Monster's Inventory team and help maintain accurate inventory across a network of third-party manufacturing plants and warehouses throughout Europe.
You'll work closely with manufacturing sites, warehouses and internal teams including Finance, Supply Chain and Operations, helping ensure that physical inventory movements are correctly reflected within Monster's systems.
A large part of the position is about verification, reconciliation and investigation.
- Manage and verify inventory information across manufacturing plants and warehouse locations throughout Europe.
- Work closely with external manufacturing and warehouse partners to validate stock levels, inventory movements and transactions.
- Analyse inventory data and identify discrepancies, unusual movements or potential issues.
- Complete regular inventory and stock reconciliations.
- Investigate inventory variances and work with stakeholders to understand and resolve the root cause.
- Accurately process inventory transactions, adjustments and reporting within SAP.
- Compare information across SAP, Excel reports and partner data to ensure inventory records remain accurate.
- Support Month-End, Quarter-End and Year-End stock reconciliations.
- Review production, receipts, sales, stock losses and inventory movements to ensure they have been correctly captured.
- Support the investigation of production yields, wastage and inventory losses.
- Build strong working relationships with manufacturing sites, warehouses, Finance, Supply Chain and wider Operations teams.
- Help improve inventory processes, controls and reporting as Monster's European supply chain continues to grow.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
