Inventory Perpetual Coordinator
Location: Rugby (CV23 0WB)
Hours: 5 days a week, typically 08:00–16:00 (flexibility may be required)
About the Role We are looking for an Inventory Perpetual Coordinator to join our team servicing the Haier contract at our Rugby site. You’ll maintain stock accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and help ensure timely order fulfilment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Daily Responsibilities
- Maintain stock accuracy and reconcile inventory using an inventory system/WMS
- Investigate discrepancies and ensure processes follow GXO standards and client requirements
- Support the warehouse team in timely order fulfilment
- Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and perform manual handling (including operating clamps/reach trucks where authorised) safely

- Annual salary: £26,275.08

What You’ll Need
- Ability to work fast-paced with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is preferred but not essential
