Who We Are:

Panasonic Avionics Corporation is a global leader in inflight entertainment and connectivity. We deliver products and services that enhance the passenger experience, including movies, games, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth audio connectivity.

With more than 40 years of industry experience, we offer stability, career development opportunities and the chance to work alongside some of the brightest minds in aviation technology.

We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where different backgrounds, cultures, perspectives, skills and ways of thinking help our organisation thrive.

About the Role

This role supports a Part-145 aircraft maintenance organisation, helping to ensure that engineers have the right aircraft parts, materials and supplies available when they need them. By maintaining accurate inventory and enabling the timely movement of serviceable parts, you will help maximise aircraft availability and support a reliable, high-quality inflight entertainment experience for passengers.

The position combines practical warehouse duties with administrative responsibilities across shipping, receiving, order fulfilment and inventory management. Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
