We are seeking an experienced Inventory & Logistics Manager to lead our Stores and Logistics operation in the fast-paced world of Formula 1®. You will oversee the Stores Team, ensuring the accurate, efficient, and timely management of parts and materials, while driving stock accuracy, process improvement, and high operational standards. This is a key role for someone who thrives on precision, pace, and performance.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the Stores Team and van drivers
- Ensure parts are always handled to the highest standards and accurately transacted and traceable
- Implement efficient processes to maximise stock accuracy
- Organise and support daily Stores activities, including:
- Goods receipting and counter service
- Safe storage and picking of parts
- Van deliveries and collections
- Courier and international shipments
- Cyclic stock counting and stock checks
- Internal logistics and general Stores duties
- Demand for proprietary and consumable goods to Procurement
- Motivate and engage the Stores Team to maximise performance while complying with company policies
- Define, implement, and continuously improve Stores processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Stores function
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and efficient Stores environment
- Develop strong working knowledge of the company ERP system and contribute to its ongoing development
- Develop and report departmental KPIs

Requirements
What do we need from you?
- Previous experience of leading a Stores team and the daily stores activities listed above in a motorsport, automotive, or similar fast-paced engineering industry
- Demonstrable knowledge of motorsport production methods and components
- Strong leadership skills with experience of leading and developing a team
- Previous ERP experience
- Able to perform duties in a timely manner with minimal errors
- Outstanding communicative and collaborative skills to guarantee cross-departmental integration
- Experience of MS applications including Outlook, Excel, and Teams
- Flexible attitude with the ability to work within a team in a high-pressure rapidly changing environment
