Inventory Manager – REEBOK EUROPE
We are looking for an experienced Inventory Manager / Inventory Control Manager / Inventory Analyst to join the growing Reebok Europe business in London.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands inventory management, warehouse operations, stock accuracy and 3PL management and can combine strong analytical capability with the practical realities of managing inventory across a fast-growing footwear and apparel business.
You will take ownership of inventory accuracy, controls and processes, working closely with Logistics & Operations, IT, Finance, eCommerce and B2B teams.
The Role
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate, controlled and efficient inventory across the business and its logistics operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage inventory accuracy, stock movements, locations and traceability
- Monitor and improve warehouse inventory processes and procedures
- Manage inventory performance within the 3PL operation
- Oversee cycle counting, reporting and inventory cost control
- Manage inventory write-offs against contractual KPIs
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Monitor inventory synchronisation between Webshop, ERP and WMS systems
- Investigate and report system and stock inaccuracies
- Develop and optimise ABC classification and stock movement processes
- Improve warehouse procedures, controls and inventory accuracy
- Coordinate and manage inventory and warehouse improvement projects
- Work cross-functionally with IT, Finance, eCommerce, B2B, Logistics and Operations.

What We Are Looking For
- 5–7+ years' Inventory Management experience
- Previous experience as an Inventory Manager, Inventory Controller, Inventory Analyst or similar
- Experience managing a 3PL is essential
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, stock control and inventory accuracy
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience working with ERP and WMS systems
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to identify inventory discrepancies and improve processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on, practical and willing to undertake both analytical and administrative work when required
- Experience within footwear and apparel would be highly beneficial

Location: London
Travel: Approximately 20% – including UK distribution centres, the Netherlands and potentially other European locations
Start: ASAP
