Band 3 Supply Chain Inventory Operative
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Supply Chain Inventory Operative within the Procurement service. We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic, and innovative individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across a multi-professional team and be able to adapt to an evolving service in order to ensure the continuous delivery of high-quality patient care.

We are seeking to appoint a Supply Chain Inventory Operative within the Procurement Shared Service. The appointment to this post will be based at Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the stock control of multiple locations within Queen Elizabeth, varying from Wards to Theatres using an Automated Omnicell Ordering System.
- Prioritise competing demands for the service.
- Learn quickly to understand the complexity of the service.
Requirements
- Experience in Supply Chain is required.
- Omnicell experience is preferred.

About the Trust
The Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust Procurement Shared Service provides specialist support for several NHS trusts within London, including Guy’s and St Thomas’ hospital sites and the Evelina Children’s Hospital, as well as Lewisham & Greenwich NHS Trust.

Management
These day-to-day services will be managed in accordance with agreed objectives, targets, quality standards, controls, and resource constraints. The post holder will be responsible for the inventory stock holding in clinical departments.
