Role Description
The Inventory Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records of physical inventory, including receiving, tagging, storing, and organizing diamond jewelry and related products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Performing regular stock counts
- Reconciling discrepancies
- Updating inventory systems
- Ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and available for sales staff

The Inventory Specialist collaborates with sales and management teams to support stock replenishment, product tracking, and secure handling of high-value items. The role also involves preparing inventory reports, assisting with audits, and following established procedures to maintain a well-organized and compliant stockroom.
Qualifications
- Skills in Physical Inventory and Inventory Management for accurate stock handling and record-keeping
- Skills in Inventory Control to monitor stock levels, identify discrepancies, and support loss prevention
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal teams and support a high-quality retail experience
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to work with inventory software or point-of-sale systems
- Previous experience in retail inventory, luxury goods, or jewelry operations is beneficial
- Ability to work on-site, stand for extended periods, and handle products with care and discretion
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training or certifications in inventory management or retail operations are an advantage
