Job Description

Become part of the team powering household names like Andrex®, Kleenex®, Cottonelle®, Scott®, Viva®, and WypAll®. At Arbex, everything you need is right here—innovation, growth, and the chance to leave a real mark.

Settling for just any role isn't you, and it isn't us either. Being Unstoppable Together calls for a particular kind of person and teams who genuinely care about making a difference. Here, you'll channel your professional expertise, talent, and drive into building and managing a portfolio of iconic, ground-breaking brands. In this role, you'll help shape the future of tissue and hygiene for billions of people worldwide.

About You

In one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the centre.

As the Investigation Lead joining our Compliance function, you will lead and manage internal investigations relating to ethics, compliance, and integrity matters across our global operations. You will be responsible for conducting complex and sensitive investigations, providing independent assessments of allegations, supporting remediation efforts, and helping strengthen our culture of integrity and accountability.

This is an exciting opportunity for a legal, compliance, audit, or investigations professional who is passionate about ethical business practices and thrives in a highly collaborative international environment. It starts with YOU.

You will report directly to the Head of Compliance and will be an individual contributor (no direct reports).

Location: We can offer a hybrid model (on remote / Office) for candidates already based in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end investigations into allegations of misconduct, including ethics, compliance, fraud, integrity, whistleblowing, and regulatory concerns.
  • Plan and execute investigations, including interviews, evidence gathering, document reviews, and fact analysis.
  • Ensure investigations are conducted independently, fairly, confidentially, and in accordance with applicable laws, policies, and best practices.
  • Prepare clear investigation reports, including findings, risk assessments, and recommended actions.
  • Escalate significant matters appropriately and support remediation, disciplinary actions, and control improvements where required.
  • Maintain accurate case management records and investigation documentation in compliance with governance and data privacy requirements.
  • Advise business leaders and stakeholders on investigation-related risks, processes, and mitigation strategies.
  • Contribute to compliance programs by identifying trends, enhancing investigation frameworks, and supporting training and awareness initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
