That’s why our Profit Protection Team is passionate about protecting company assets, profitability and reputation through professional investigations into theft, fraud, misconduct and policy breaches. As an Investigations Officer you will conduct evidence-based investigations, deploy authorised covert surveillance equipment and analyse data to identify losses and emerging risks.
What you will be doing
- Conduct investigations into theft, fraud, cash and stock losses and misconduct
- Support FLT and Stores to conduct investigations, supplying data and insight
- Act as SME for stores in completing investigations ensuring completed in line with policy & best practice
- Manage cases from referral to outcome including evidence gathering and reporting
- Monitor authorised covert surveillance equipment
- Analyse loss, transaction and exception data to identify risks and trends
- Support disciplinary processes and present investigation findings
- Partner with operational leaders, HR, Police and airport stakeholders

What we are looking for
- Experienced investigator within retail, profit protection, law enforcement or similar environment
- Strong interviewing, evidence gathering and report writing skills
- Able to analyse operational and financial data
- High integrity, discretion and professionalism
- Confident stakeholder manager and communicator
- Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel
