Sustainable Wealth Group is a specialist advisory firm dedicated to accelerating the growth of impactful, sustainable, and ethical businesses. We work with innovative startups, primarily in the Pre-Seed through Series A stages, providing them with expert guidance in strategy, scaling, and capital raising.

The Opportunity: Non-Executive Director (NED)
We are seeking experienced, strategic leaders to join the Boards of Directors of our high-potential startup clients as a Non-Executive Director (NED) with the potential to invest as well.
This is a part-time, remote role that offers a unique opportunity to shape the trajectory of groundbreaking companies focused on sustainability and positive impact.

What the Role Entails:
- Strategic Collaboration: Working closely with the client startup's CEO and existing Board of Directors to provide high-level strategic guidance and oversight.
- Targeted Expertise: Contributing specific, valuable experience and expertise (e.g., in scaling, M&A, specific market knowledge, technology, etc.) to address the startup's current challenges and growth requirements.
- Fundraising Support: Leveraging your network and insights to support the startup's fundraising efforts, primarily focused on Pre-Seed to Series A capital raises.
- Governance & Oversight: Ensuring robust corporate governance, risk management, and strategic alignment in the client company.
- Investment: Potential to invest in their current funding round if you would like to.
Compensation:
Directors are compensated for their service via a competitive equity package within the client startup, or a small stipend, to reflect the value of their time, expertise, and contribution.

Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking seasoned professionals with a proven track record in leadership, investing, and/or scaling early-stage companies.
- Significant experience as a Board Director, Investor, C-Level Executive, or Founder.
- A strong affinity for and understanding of the sustainable/impact investing landscape.
- An active, high-quality professional network that can benefit early-stage fundraising efforts.
- Availability for flexible, part-time remote work.
- Candidates from all regions, including the UK, Dubai, the Middle East, North America, and APAC, are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Investment experience in early-stage startups
