About the Opportunity
We're partnering with a leading UK wealth management and banking organisation to recruit an Investment Advisor to join its Birmingham office.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced investment professional to work with affluent and High Net Worth clients, delivering tailored investment advice and helping individuals achieve their long-term financial goals. You'll benefit from a strong internal referral network, an established client proposition, and the support of a highly respected financial services business.
The Role
As an Investment Advisor, you will:
- Provide regulated investment advice to affluent and High Net Worth clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through internal referrals and client introductions.
- Understand clients' financial objectives and recommend suitable investment solutions.
- Keep up to date with financial markets and investment products to deliver informed advice.
- Ensure all client interactions and recommendations remain fully compliant with FCA regulations.

About You
We're looking for professionals who have:
- A minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent).
- Experience providing regulated investment advice.
- Strong knowledge of investment markets and financial planning solutions.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- A client-first approach with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- A proactive mindset and passion for delivering outstanding client outcomes.
