Property - Investment Advisor
Location: Bawtry, Doncaster (Office-Based)

About Us
Bluerock Developments is a rapidly growing property investment company based in Bawtry, Doncaster. We specialise in high-yield HMO and social housing opportunities across the UK. With increasing investor demand, we’re expanding our in house sales team to meet the pace of growth.
The Role
We are seeking ambitious, confident individuals to join our office based sales team. This is a phone and Zoom based role with no travel, fieldwork. Occasional face to face meetings with new prospective investors.
You'll be handling inbound enquiries, presenting investment opportunities to clients, and guiding them through the buying process — all from a modern, energetic office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle warm, inbound investor leads
- Present investment opportunities over Zoom and phone
- Build rapport and develop long-term client relationships
- Provide insight into market trends and projected returns
- Manage your pipeline using our CRM system
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

What We’re Looking For:
- Confident communicator with a professional and engaging phone manner
- Comfortable speaking with high-net-worth clients and presenting over Zoom
- Previous sales experience is essential ideally in the property investment industry
- Self driven, goal oriented, and eager to learn
- Interest in property, investment, or personal finance is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00 per year
