Investments Analyst / Junior Associate – Real Estate
London | Base salary up to £120,000
We are partnering with a leading international real estate investment firm to appoint an Investments Analyst / Junior Associate to its London-based European investments team.
The successful candidate will work directly with senior investment professionals across the full transaction lifecycle, including underwriting, structuring, due diligence, investment committee approval, and execution.
Essential criteria
Applicants must have:
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience
- Direct experience in corporate credit underwriting, real estate investing, investment banking, or commercial real estate investment
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills, with advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience conducting detailed credit or real estate underwriting
- Experience preparing investment committee papers, credit memoranda, or transaction recommendations
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong written communication, commercial judgement, and attention to detail

Exposure to net lease, sale-and-leaseback, build-to-suit, or development transactions would be advantageous, as would experience supporting transaction structuring, negotiation, and closing.
