Investment Analyst | Private Investment Office | London
We are working with a well-capitalised, entrepreneurial family investment office to appoint an Investment Associate into a highly varied, hands-on role.
Investing permanent capital, the firm takes an active approach to its portfolio, working closely with management teams and boards rather than operating as a passive financial investor. Its principal areas of focus include healthcare, hospitality, real estate/development, and early-stage ventures.
This is a broad opportunity spanning both new investments and portfolio value creation. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and senior decision-makers across:

- Evaluating new investment opportunities, including financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence
- Supporting transaction execution, financing, and investment structuring
- Monitoring portfolio performance and preparing board-level analysis
- Working directly with management teams on commercial and operational improvement
- Supporting development and asset management projects
- Contributing to strategic initiatives, fundraising, and potential exit planning
The role would suit someone who is excited by a genuinely hands-on investment environment. Rather than focusing solely on transaction execution, you will have the opportunity to remain closely involved with businesses after investment and see decisions through into implementation.

Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction services, corporate finance, or a similarly analytical investment environment
- Strong financial and commercial fundamentals
- Intellectual curiosity and adaptability to work across multiple sectors and stages of investment
