Location: Chancery Lane, London (Office based)
Duration: 6 months
Title: Investment Analyst
Type: Internship - Food and Travel Reimbursement

Responsibilities:

  • Participating actively in the execution of transactions.
  • Assisting the Investment Manager in preparing and updating materials with sector research and analysis.
  • Performing independent research and analyses of target companies.
  • Assisting team members in the preparation of transaction documents.
  • Maintaining spreadsheets and systems to be up to date.
  • Organizing and attending investor events.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong educational background from a leading academic institution.
  • Degree in finance or related discipline.
  • Confident self-starter who is well organized with good attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • An attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, motivated, proactive and outgoing; willing to take initiative and accept responsibility.
  • Strong people skills, ability to build rapport and trust with senior executives.
  • A genuine passion for corporate finance.
  • Strong analytical abilities and numerical skills, good working knowledge of Excel.
