Job Title: Investment Analyst Intern
Location: London, UK
Paid 6-month internship with immediate start and potential to convert into a full-time role.
Firm Description:
Prytania is a London-based asset manager specialising in structured credit globally. Founded in 2003 we manage $1.2 billion in AUM across a wide spectrum of securitised credit, including collateralised loan obligations, asset backed securities, mortgage backed securities and private credit, with a focus on the UK, Europe and US.
Summary:
Applicants should have a demonstrable interest in finance, with work experience in the sector an advantage.

The successful applicant will be expected to undertake a range of duties including;
- Interaction with the market including discussion around new issue and secondary market opportunities
- Assessment and eventual presentation to the Investment Committee of asset opportunities
- Modelling and reporting on risks within a portfolio of allocated structured finance transactions
- Maintenance and improvement of proprietary tools, with scope to optimise processes through applying AI
- Preparation and presentation of marketing materials
- Attending relevant industry conferences and undertaking due diligence visits to issuers, servicers and managers and in support of wider firm activities where appropriate

The successful candidate:
- Degree in a quantitative subject
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Motivated, organised self-starter with a strong attention to detail
- Comfortable representing the firm externally
- Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, programming experience (e.g. Python) and familiarity with Power BI
- Fluent in English, with other European languages useful
