Investment Analyst | European PERE | London
I’m working with a leading European private equity real estate investor that is looking to hire an Investment Analyst into its London investment team.
This is a genuine principal investing opportunity, working alongside an experienced team across the UK and wider European markets.
The role will provide exposure across the full investment lifecycle, including:
- Deal sourcing and screening
- Investment underwriting and financial modelling
- Acquisition execution and due diligence
- Investment Committee papers and presentations
- Market and sector analysis
- Portfolio and asset-level analysis

We are looking for:
- 1–2 years' experience in private equity real estate, real estate investment banking / M&A, or a transaction-focused real estate environment
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- Experience underwriting real estate investments
- Excellent analytical and academic credentials
- Strong interest in European real estate investing
- Fluent French or German is highly desirable
