Investment Analyst – Real Estate Finance (London)
We are partnering with a high-performing investment platform focused on acquiring and financing long-term real estate assets across major markets. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytically minded professional with 1–2 years’ experience to join a lean team and gain hands-on exposure to transaction execution, financial modelling, and portfolio management.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of real estate financing and investment transactions
- Build and maintain financial models for pricing, structuring, and analysis
- Assist with due diligence, investment materials, and transaction documentation
- Work with external advisors including legal, tax, and valuation providers
- Monitor portfolio performance, cashflows, and asset-level reporting
- Support ongoing risk analysis and portfolio oversight

Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in Investment Banking, Leveraged Finance, Real Estate Finance, Private Credit, Valuations, Transaction Services, or a similar analytical role
- Strong financial modelling and Excel skills
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
- Eager to learn and develop within a fast-paced investment environment
- Real estate or real assets exposure is beneficial but not required
