The Role
We are seeking an Investment Analyst to support the investment team across the full lifecycle of commercial real estate transactions, from initial market research and underwriting through to execution, reporting and valuation. The successful candidate will assist in building and updating financial models, preparing investment committee and board materials, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to market analysis, strategy work and portfolio monitoring.

We are seeking a highly motivated student or recent graduate with strong Excel and analytical skills, a genuine interest in real estate and capital markets, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
The ideal person will be a collaborative team player with clear communication skills and a willingness to learn, looking to gain hands-on exposure to institutional property investment, develop technical modelling capabilities, and work closely with experienced professionals across the business.
Key Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:
- Support the analysis and execution of property acquisitions and disposals.
- Assist with financial modelling, including cash flow, IRR and yield analysis.
- Prepare investment committee papers, board materials and quarterly reporting.
- Support the property valuation process by analysing asset performance and valuation movements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external advisers to help deliver transactions efficiently, including completing KYC checks.
- Conduct market research on tenants, investment opportunities and industry trends.
- Maintain market and portfolio data, dashboards and pipeline reporting.

What we're looking for
- 1–2 years' experience in commercial real estate, investment banking, advisory, or a similar analytical role
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- A genuine interest in commercial real estate and capital markets
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn
