A privately owned, highly active real estate investment business is looking to appoint an Investment Analyst to join its lean UK & Europe investment team in London.

This is an opportunity for an ambitious analyst to gain exposure to the full investment lifecycle, from origination and underwriting through debt financing, asset management and development, to capital recycling and disposals. You will work closely with senior investment professionals and have meaningful exposure to investment decisions from day one.

The business is well capitalised and entrepreneurial, with an active pipeline of acquisitions, developments, repositioning opportunities and capital recycling. Recent and current projects include significant Central London developments and value-add opportunities across the West End and wider London market. The investment team is deliberately lean, meaning analysts gain exposure well beyond a traditional acquisitions remit and can develop a genuinely rounded investment skill set.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
