We're looking for an experienced Investment & Analytics Director-UK to lead our UK Investment & Analytics function. This is a pivotal leadership role with responsibility for portfolio acquisition strategy, valuation, analytics, underwriting, portfolio performance, and investment governance across the UK business.
As part of the Executive Team, you will shape investment strategy, influence capital allocation decisions, and provide the commercial insight and analytical leadership needed to maximise portfolio returns and support long-term growth. This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially astute leader who combines deep analytical expertise with strategic thinking and strong leadership capability.
What you’ll do
- Lead the UK Investment & Analytics function, overseeing portfolio valuation, pricing, acquisition strategy, underwriting, and performance optimisation.
- Drive investment performance and profitability through data-led decision making, predictive analytics, and commercial insight.
- Identify and evaluate new portfolio acquisition opportunities, leading due diligence, valuation, negotiation support, and investment recommendations.
- Provide strategic insight and recommendations to Executive Leadership and Investment Committees on portfolio opportunities, risks, market trends, and performance.
- Lead advanced analytics, forecasting, financial modelling, and performance reporting to support investment decisions and business strategy.
- Ensure strong governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and disciplined capital deployment across all investment activities.
- Develop and inspire high-performing investment and analytics teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, contractual, and governance requirements, including FCA and Consumer Duty expectations.

This role is registered under the Senior Managers Certification Regime within the UK. The role holder is responsible for meeting the requirements of this regime.
What you will bring
- Senior leadership experience across purchase investment, credit management, financial services, banking, debt purchasing, or asset-backed investment environments.
- Proven success leading portfolio valuation, pricing, due diligence, and investment decision making using sophisticated financial and analytical models.
- Deep expertise in analytics (including AI), forecasting, data science, performance insight, and the use of data to drive commercial outcomes.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence executive stakeholders, investment committees, and board-level decision making.
- Experience operating within regulated environments, with a strong understanding of governance, risk management, and FCA requirements.
- Proven track record of delivering analytical transformation, process optimisation, and capability development initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience building, developing, and retaining high-performing analytical and commercial teams.
