Finatal is partnering with a leading science-led venture capital platform focused on backing and building innovative healthcare technology businesses emerging from world-class research environments. Following continued growth, the team is seeking an Investment Associate to support investment execution and portfolio development across its HealthTech investments.
This is an opportunity to gain exposure across early-stage investing, company creation, and value creation within a highly collaborative venture environment, working at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and innovation.

The Role
- Evaluate HealthTech and digital health investment opportunities
- Conduct commercial, market, product, and financial diligence
- Build financial models and prepare investment committee materials
- Support portfolio companies on strategic, operational, and fundraising initiatives
- Work closely with senior investors, founders, and management teams
Candidate Profile
- 2-3 years' experience in venture capital, growth investing, investment banking, consulting (MBB or L.E.K.), or a HealthTech-focused operating environment
- Strong academic background, ideally in STEM, Engineering, Computer Science, Healthcare, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical, commercial, and financial modelling capabilities
- Demonstrable interest in healthcare innovation and technology investing
- Ability to assess both technical and commercial aspects of early-stage businesses
- Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and intellectually curious mindset
