Job Title
I’m working with a highly regarded institutional private markets investor looking to add an Investment Associate to its London-based Direct Equity team.
About the Team
The team manages a significant multi-billion-pound portfolio and invests directly across infrastructure, core+, energy transition and other essential asset-backed businesses, with a mandate spanning the UK, Europe and North America.
Responsibilities
This is a broad investment role offering exposure across the full deal lifecycle, including:
- Origination and thematic research
- Financial modelling, valuation and returns analysis
- Investment due diligence and transaction execution
- Investment Committee materials
- Working alongside management teams and external advisers
- Portfolio monitoring, asset management and value creation
- New investments, co-investments and exits

Requirements
The successful candidate will ideally have experience from investment banking, private equity, infrastructure investing, corporate finance or a closely related investment/advisory background, with prior exposure to infrastructure and/or private equity.
