About the Client
Our client is a fast-growing, well-capitalised investment platform, focused on renewable energy assets across the UK and Europe. With an established and growing portfolio, a strong contracted pipeline, and backing from institutional capital, the business is continuing to scale its presence across key European markets. The team is now looking to hire an ambitious Investment Associate into its lean London based investment team, with significant exposure to transaction execution and investment activity across the UK and European pipeline.

What the role involves:
- Support origination and execution of investment transactions across the clean energy sector in the UK and Europe
- Build and maintain financial models to support investment decisions and investment committee papers
- Coordinate due diligence workstreams with developers, partners and external advisers
- Support deal negotiations and contribute to M&A activity across the pipeline
Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years' experience in investment banking, Big 4 transaction services, or a similar deal-focused environment, ideally with an infrastructure/energy focus
- Outstanding academic background, with strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Collaborative, low-ego team player who thrives in a small, fast-paced environment
- Intellectually sharp, with the curiosity to challenge and improve existing processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
