We are working with a rapidly scaling global developer, owner, and operator of hyperscale data centres, backed by a global investment firm. They are seeking an Analyst/Associate to join its Investment team in London. This is a high-visibility role offering direct exposure to financial modelling, deal structuring, and financing execution across a live, high-growth investment pipeline. Working hours are excellent at a market-leading salary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage financial models and valuation analysis to support transactions and investment decisions
- Support financing processes end-to-end, including due diligence, data room management, financial analysis, and legal negotiations
- Partner with Development and Finance teams to analyse new developments and existing portfolio assets
- Prepare presentation materials for senior management, board members, investors, and lenders

Experience Needed:

- 2+ years' experience (Analyst) or 3+ years' (Associate) in banking, finance, accounting, or real estate, with a focus on investments/transactions
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
- Strong financial modelling and investment appraisal skills, with advanced Excel proficiency
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate complex analysis to senior stakeholders
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
