Investment Associate – Digital Infrastructure (Europe)

A leading global investment platform focused exclusively on digital infrastructure is looking to hire an Associate to join its European investment team.

The firm is a specialist investor across the digital ecosystem, deploying capital into critical infrastructure assets including data centres, fibre networks, telecom towers, and next-generation connectivity platforms. With a global footprint and deep sector expertise, the platform combines investment discipline with operational capability to build and scale market-leading businesses across the digital economy.

This is a unique opportunity to join a highly active investor at the forefront of structural growth themes such as AI, cloud computing, and data consumption, with exposure to proprietary deal flow, complex transactions, and hands-on portfolio value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sourcing, evaluation, and execution of investments across European digital infrastructure sectors
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses
  • Conduct commercial, technical, and financial due diligence
  • Assist in structuring transactions and managing end-to-end deal processes
  • Work closely with portfolio companies to drive operational and strategic initiatives
  • Prepare investment committee materials and stakeholder presentations

Candidate Profile:

  • 2–5 years’ experience in infrastructure investing, private equity, or investment banking
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skillset
  • Demonstrated interest in digital infrastructure (data centres, fibre, towers, edge)
  • Excellent academic background
  • Strong communication skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • European language skills are advantageous
