We are working with an established European investment firm looking to add an experienced Investment Associate to its investment team.
This is an opportunity to join a long-term investment platform with a broad mandate, working alongside an experienced team on investments across a range of sectors and geographies. The position will offer significant exposure to both new investment opportunities and existing portfolio companies.
The Role
As an Investment Associate, you will be involved throughout the full investment lifecycle, including:
- Screening and evaluating new investment opportunities
- Conducting financial, commercial, and market analysis
- Building financial models and supporting valuation work
- Coordinating and participating in due diligence
- Supporting transaction structuring and execution
- Preparing investment committee materials and recommendations
- Working closely with portfolio companies and monitoring existing investments
- Conducting sector and thematic research to identify new opportunities

Candidate Profile

We are particularly interested in candidates with:
- 4–6 years of relevant professional experience
- A background in Private Equity, Growth Equity, Investment Banking/M&A, or another highly relevant investment environment
- Experience or strong exposure to Consumer, Healthcare, Technology, and/or Digital
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and investment judgement
- A commercial mindset and ability to form and communicate a clear investment view
- Excellent communication skills and a strong academic track record
- The ability to take ownership and operate effectively within a collaborative investment team
