Finatal is partnering with a leading science-led investment platform focused on backing and building high-impact life sciences businesses emerging from world-class research environments. Following continued growth, the team is seeking an Investment Associate to support investment execution and company development across its life sciences portfolio.

The Role

  • Evaluate life sciences and biotechnology investment opportunities
  • Conduct commercial, scientific, and financial diligence
  • Build financial models and investment committee materials
  • Support portfolio companies on strategic and fundraising initiatives
  • Work closely with senior investors and founding teams

Candidate Profile

  • 2–3 years’ experience in VC, healthcare/life sciences investing or consulting (MBB or L.E.K.)
  • PhD / DPhil is required
  • STEM or Life Sciences academic background preferred
  • Strong analytical and modelling capability
  • Demonstrable interest in innovation-led investing
  • Collaborative and intellectually curious mindset
