About the Role

We are now working with a highly acquisitive energy/industrials group who are looking to add an associate level professional to their principal investments team.

The team reports to the Board on all matters relating to acquisitions and investments and they are constantly busy analysing new deals or executing new investments.

Day to day, this will involve:

  • identification of potential investments for the fund
  • carrying out an initial business, sector and financial review of the target
  • working on the negotiation and execution of the deal
  • financial modelling, valuations, commercial and financial analysis of investments
  • portfolio management of assets
