Overview
We are supporting a leading global private markets investment firm, managing capital across private equity, infrastructure, private credit and real assets. The firm is particularly renowned for its long-standing leadership in the secondaries market, investing across both LP-led and GP-led transactions globally.
Requirements
- 2-5 years' experience in Investment Banking, ideally within M&A, Leveraged Finance, Sponsors or a sector team.
- Alternatively, 1-2 years' experience within a private equity secondaries investment team.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent academic background.
- Demonstrated interest in private markets and secondary investments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deal-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

- Assess and execute secondary investment opportunities across LP-led and GP-led transactions.
- Perform financial modelling, valuation analysis and return underwriting.
- Conduct due diligence on fund portfolios, underlying companies and private equity sponsors.
- Prepare investment committee materials and recommendations.
- Participate in management meetings with GPs, advisors and counterparties.
- Support transaction execution, negotiations and deal closing processes.
- Monitor portfolio investments and market developments within private markets.
