Responsibilities
Tikehau’s Special Opportunity (TSO) team invests in both corporate and real estate credit in Europe, providing bespoke capital solutions characterised by a scarcity of liquidity, largely across primary markets. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a visible and direct impact on this growing strategy and the Company, taking an active role in the entire spectrum of special opportunities and / or real estate credit investment:
- Analysing company presentations, models & research to produce investment recommendations;
- Autonomy with models to project future cash flows, valuations, credit/recovery analysis and sensitivity analyses based on different scenarios;
- Preparing and presenting investment recommendations for Investment Committee;
- Supporting senior deal team members in transaction execution and legal workstreams;
- Assisting with internal and external reporting requirements.

Profile
2-5 years’ experience with previous roles in investment banking, buy side credit, private equity or transaction services is required

Looking for an autonomous, open-minded, team-oriented, and proactive individual, with:
- Rigorous and excellent analytical skills and outstanding problem-solving abilities;
- A proven aptitude for working in a challenging environment;
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office pack;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Proficient English is required, whilst another European language is advantageous.
