Role Description
The Investment Banking Analyst will support transaction execution and capital advisory projects, working closely with senior team members and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Building detailed financial models

The analyst will analyze financial statements, valuation metrics, and deal structures to help evaluate opportunities and support strategic recommendations. This is a full-time, remote role that requires the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones, manage multiple workstreams, and deliver accurate, timely analyses in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Finance and Investment Banking knowledge, including familiarity with capital markets and transaction processes.
- Advanced Financial Modeling skills and proficiency with Excel or similar tools for valuation and scenario analysis.
- Excellent Analytical Skills and experience conducting Due Diligence on companies, industries, and investors.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create structured presentations and investor materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfort working with international clients, cross-border transactions, and multiple time zones.
- Prior experience in investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, or private equity is preferred but not required.
