Join a leading bulge bracket bank's M&A advisory team covering cross-border transactions across the technology and healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Build detailed financial models including DCFs, LBOs, and merger models
- Prepare pitch books and client presentation materials for senior bankers
- Conduct industry research and comparable company analyses
- Support live deal execution including due diligence coordination

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university in Finance, Economics, or Engineering
- 0-2 years of experience in investment banking or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work under pressure
