The Role
The successful candidate will join an established Investment Banking team, supporting the execution of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions across a range of sectors. This opportunity is suited to an ambitious Analyst with at least one year of Investment Banking experience, looking to gain greater responsibility across live transactions and develop their technical and commercial skills.

About the Role
- Support domestic and cross-border buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions
- Build and maintain financial models and valuation analysis
- Undertake DCF, trading comparables, and precedent transaction analysis
- Prepare pitch books, information memoranda, and transaction materials
- Conduct company, sector, and market research
- Support financial and commercial due diligence processes
- Coordinate transaction workstreams and liaise with external advisers
- Assist with management presentations and investor materials
- Support transaction execution from initial preparation through to completion
- Contribute to pitches and wider business development activity

Your Experience
- Minimum one year of Investment Banking experience is essential
- Previous hands-on M&A transaction experience required
- Exposure to buy-side and/or sell-side M&A processes
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
- Understanding of DCF, trading comparables, and precedent transactions
- Experience preparing pitch books and transaction materials
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint capability
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Commercial understanding of M&A transactions
- Cross-border M&A experience advantageous
