Metis Search are mandated by a top-tier elite boutique investment bank to add a Senior Analyst or Associate to its Industrials team in London.
The firm is highly regarded in the market, with a leading franchise across Industrials, Transport and Logistics and a strong track record of advising on high-profile and complex transactions. The platform offers consistent exposure to high-quality M&A mandates, working alongside experienced senior bankers.
The team provides strong sector exposure and meaningful responsibility, with the opportunity to work across the full transaction lifecycle and develop deep expertise across Industrials and related sub-sectors. The role also offers direct exposure to senior clients and advisers, within a high-performing specialist team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of M&A transactions across Industrials, Transport and Logistics.
- Build and analyse financial models and valuations.
- Prepare client presentations, board materials and marketing documents.
- Conduct detailed industry, company and market analysis.
- Work closely with senior bankers, clients and external advisers throughout transactions.

Key Requirements:
- Approximately 2-6 years’ experience in investment banking, ideally with Industrials, Transport or Logistics exposure.
- Strong technical foundation in financial modelling and valuation.
- Demonstrated experience across live M&A transactions.
- Strong analytical and commercial judgement.
- Clear and confident communicator with the ability to work effectively within a demanding team environment.
