Investment Banking Analyst – PLC Advisory, London
We are recruiting an Investment Banking Associate to join a public markets advisory team. You will work closely with senior bankers and brokers, advising corporate clients, executing transactions and helping win new mandates.
The role
- Act as a day-to-day contact for corporate clients, supporting strategic and public markets advice.
- Work on IPOs, secondary fundraisings, M&A, debt advisory and private placements.
- Conduct due diligence, valuation analysis and financial modelling, including DCF, merger and LBO models.
- Prepare pitches, marketing materials, transaction documents and market announcements.
- Support client onboarding, maintain accurate records and supervise analysts and interns on assigned projects.

About you
- Degree qualified, with at least two years’ post-graduate experience in investment banking or financial services.
- Corporate finance transaction experience and a sound understanding of equity capital markets. AIM or Main Market exposure is an advantage.
- Strong accounting, valuation, analytical and Excel skills.
- Able to communicate clearly, work accurately under pressure and deliver excellent client service.
