We are delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded global investment bank, a market leading franchise in financial services are hiring Analysts into a team that advises on high profile M&A and strategic transactions.
This is a rare opportunity for an exceptional first time mover to step out of a Big 4 Audit/TS team and into a sustainable M&A career, with direct exposure to live deal execution from day one.
The bar here is deliberately high, and the seats are few. We are speaking with only a select handful of standout individuals.
Who We're Looking For:
- Currently within a Big 4 audit or transaction services team, working across Insurance
- ACA qualified, with first-time passes across every exam
- A 1st Class honours degree holder
- At Senior Associate level, with roughly 6–12 months of post qualification experience, typically performing at the top of your cohort.
- A genuine first time mover, making your initial step into investment banking

The Role
As an Analyst, you will sit at the core of the deal team from the outset and play a central part in transaction execution:
- Building and maintaining financial models - valuation, returns and scenario analysis
- Preparing client facing materials such as pitch books, information memoranda and management presentations
- Driving company, sector and market research across live mandates and origination
- Supporting due diligence and coordinating with clients, advisers and counterparties
- Contributing to day to day execution across the full transaction lifecycle
