A leading Investment Bank is looking to hire an Associate into its high-performing TMT team in London. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a rapidly growing franchise with strong live deal momentum and significant investment in the platform.
The team advises on a broad range of high-profile technology and growth-sector transactions across Europe, working with both founder-led and sponsor-backed businesses. The platform offers exposure to complex, large-scale strategic and M&A assignments within a very active and well-established franchise.
This is a highly execution-focused role where Associates are given meaningful responsibility from day one and work closely with senior bankers on complex, high-profile transactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of execution workstreams across live M&A and strategic advisory transactions.
- Build and review detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials.
- Prepare client presentations, information memoranda, management materials, and board documentation.
- Coordinate due diligence processes and manage interaction with clients, lawyers, accountants, and other advisers.
- Support transaction structuring and execution through to signing and closing.
- Work closely with Analysts and help drive quality and efficiency across deliverables.
Candidate Profile
- Currently operating at the Associate level within an M&A / Investment Banking team.
- Prior TMT, Technology, Software, or FinTech experience is preferred but not essential.
- Strong execution experience on live transactions.
- Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
- Commercial mindset and confident communication skills.
