Investment Banking Associates, TMT.
Overview
A leading Investment Bank with a strong track record of back-to-back successful years is expanding its TMT M&A team and is seeking high-calibre Associates to support continued growth.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a high-performing, entrepreneurial team where you will gain significant exposure to high-quality mandates and work closely with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day execution of M&A transactions, with a focus on sell-side mandates in the Technology and Business Services sectors.
- Manage financial analysis, valuation, modelling, and preparation of marketing materials (IMs, management presentations, teasers).
- Support senior bankers across the full deal lifecycle, including client meetings, process management, and due diligence.
- Coordinate workstreams with internal stakeholders, clients, and external advisors.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, ensuring high-quality output across deliverables.
- Monitor sector trends and contribute to origination initiatives, pitch materials, and market intelligence.

Candidate Requirements
- 3-6 years experience in M&A at an Investment Bank or Advisory
- Currently an Associate 1 to Associate 3 within: An Investment Bank, or Advisory
- Sector Backgrounds: Candidates can be from any sector background, however experience in TMT, Digital Infrastructure, Software, Fintech is high advantageous
- Strong technical skillset: financial modelling, valuation, accounting fundamentals, and process management.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to assess key value drivers, risks, and sector dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with clients and senior internal stakeholders.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
