Nassau Street Partners is an independent capital advisory firm serving founders, management teams, and institutional clients on capital formation, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alternatives, and other complex financial transactions.
The Role
We are seeking an Investment Banking Associate to take ownership of financial analysis and the development of transaction materials across our advisory engagements. You will lead the preparation of pitch decks, offering materials, financial models, and teasers, working closely with senior leadership and client management teams. The role requires strong technical skills, sound commercial judgment, and the ability to turn financial and business information into a clear, well-supported investment narrative.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of pitch decks, investor presentations, offering materials, and transaction teasers.
- Build, review, and refine financial models, valuations, forecasts, and sensitivity analyses.
- Develop investment narratives supported by company performance, market research, and financial analysis.
- Coordinate with client management teams to gather information, clarify assumptions, and resolve gaps.
- Review analyst work for accuracy, consistency, and presentation quality, providing clear feedback.
- Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple engagements.
- Support due diligence, including the preparation and review of supporting documentation and responses to information requests.
- Work with senior leadership to ensure materials reflect the transaction’s objectives and key considerations.
- Maintain consistency between financial models, written materials, and investor presentations.

Qualifications
- Based in the United Kingdom.
- Prior experience in investment banking, corporate finance, transaction advisory, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated experience independently producing financial models and transaction materials.
- Strong understanding of accounting, valuation methodologies, and transaction processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong business writing and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly.
- Experience managing deliverables and reviewing junior team members’ work.
- Strong attention to detail, commercial judgment, and ownership of deadlines.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- No securities licenses are required for this position.
