Associate - Energy Transition Team

Metis Search are working with a leading Energy Transition team in London to appoint an Associate.

The team has a strong reputation across the energy transition market, advising on high-profile transactions across renewables and the wider energy landscape. The platform offers exposure to exciting projects and complex M&A mandates, working alongside experienced senior bankers.

The role provides meaningful responsibility across the transaction lifecycle, with the opportunity to develop sector expertise and work with leading industry participants and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

Key Requirements:

  • Associate-level investment banking experience, ideally within Energy or Renewables.
  • Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
  • Experience executing live M&A transactions.
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial judgement.
  • Clear communicator with a collaborative approach.
